Mayah is now one week old (yesterday)! Her favorite activities include sleeping (during the day, not so much at night!), eating (she is really starting to fill out and she even has chubby cheeks now!), and pooping (already had to change her outfit twice today because her diaper leaked!). The week has gone by quickly and slowly at the same time. I can’t believe it’s been a week already, but at the same time, it feels like forever since I had her. She is so beautiful and precious. So far her favorite song is one I made up to the tune of “I’ve got a nickle”.
I’ve got a baby,
her name is Mayah,
I’ve got a baby,
pretty and new.
I’m gonna hold her,
rock her and love her,
that’s what I’m gonna do.
Anyways, just a quick update on the baby. Josh and I are doing well - just extremely tired!!! I guess we’ll just have to get used to it!
