House For Sale

In my New Years resolution post, I resolved I was going to sell my house and get a larger one. Well, since the market sucks, I decided to start as soon as possible to make sure it happens in 2007. My house is officially listed on the MLS now. If you know anyone interested in 1254 square feet with an awesome kitchen and huge sunroom, email me.

US 395: The Parking Lot

I left work last night at around 5:30 PM. My house is approximately 18 miles north of our office. About 3 hours later, I walked in the front door. It took an hour just to go from North of the spaghetti bowl to the Clear Acre off ramp. I’m not blaming the drivers for having a hard time driving on a sheet of ice. I’m not blaming Mother Nature for giving us some much need snow. I just wanted to share.

Here’s an RGJ Story about the nightmare.

2007 for the Kenzers

2006 flew by with a few milestones, but 2007 should be chalked full. Here are some absolutes and some predictions.

  • We will move into a bigger house 4 years after buying our first house.
  • We will visit Walt Disney World.
  • Amy will finally graduate with her PhD in Psychology.
  • I will leave my twenties behind for good.
  • There will probably be some kind of Nintendo Wii injury suffered.
  • Tyler will hit his terrible twos.
  • More answers will be revealed on Lost (probably more of a prediction than an absolute).
  • Mayah will start school.

I hope you and yours have a good year and keep on bloggin’
