I’m in there twice…both times holding a beer.

We’ve been here with Amy’s grandparents since Thursday night. We left Vegas so we could be in town Friday to hopefully sign papers on our new house in Phoenix - before the three day holiday. As of Friday morning, it seemed highly unlikely that we’d be able to. The buyer of our house in Reno was going on two days past escrow and still hadn’t signed those papers. The seller in Phoenix was faced with an appraisal of the house that was going to cost them significant money.

However, everything fell into place perfectly on Friday. The buyer in Reno signed. The seller agreed to sell. And we signed papers. We move in on Wednesday, as planned.

The weather has been awesome. It’s gotten over 100 degrees each day, but it feels great. It’s only that hot between 1:00 PM and 4:00. The rest of the day rocks! Even during those days, the heat is more then bearable.
